Really busy week for me personally last week so I didn’t have time to post my picks but I went 4-1 with: GB-TEN over 50, HOU-JAX over 42, Redskins -3, Saints -3, Cowboys +2. Let’s look to keep the momentum rolling here.
Last week: 4-1 (0-0)
Overall: 31-10 (4-3)
Pittsburgh Steelers -9 at Cleveland Browns
Pittsburgh is coming off of a very disappointing loss to Dallas where their defense got absolutely torched. There is no better remedy for a team that is struggling or needs a bounce-back win than the Browns. 9 points is steep, but I think this offense is really playing well and the defense can and will comeback strong.
Baltimore Ravens at Dallas Cowboys -7.5
Arguably the best team in the NFL is home against one of the most inconsistent in the league. “Elite” Joe Flacco has been very average this year and has thrown 5 interceptions in his last 3 games (two of those were against the Jets and Browns). Dallas has the best offensive line in the league and because of that Zeke and Dak have time and space to make big plays.
Tennessee Titans +3 at Indianapolis Colts
I’m actually stunned by this line, it feels like a trap especially with Tennessee coming off of a 47 point performance against Green Bay. The Colts are not a good football team and their defense is giving up just over 28 points per game. Add in the fact that the Tennessee offense is really starting to click and +3 is a steal.
Arizona Cardinals at Minnesota Vikings OVER 40.5
This is a tough one, there weren’t many other lines I really liked and I am not in love with this one. Both teams have really struggled. Arizona has scored a combined 49 points in their last 3 games…not good, but they do have a good offense that is waiting to break-out and they are catching Minnesota at the best time. The Vikes have dropped 4 straight including one to the Bears, the offense hasn’t shown up recently and the defense has been getting bullied.
Green Bay Packers at Washington Redskins OVER 50.5
All about the Green Bay overs for the rest of the season, this defense is absolutely horrendous. The defense has allowed 30+ in their last 3 games. I also am not a fan of Washington’s defense. Rodgers should be able to throw all over them and this will be an absolute shootout.
Survivor Pick: New England Patriots
Love this Pats team, after a loss, against the 2nd worst team in the league. No brainer, even on the road. Tohm will throw for at least 3 touchdowns and this will be a blowout quickly. “And that’s all I have to say about that”
